How Does It Work?
Individual Coaching:
All Executive Coaching programmes are tailored for each client and may include:
- Initial chemistry meeting to explore the needs, fit and most appropriate design for the coaching.
- Agreement of the coaching objectives and “contract”. The coaching “contract” is a set of principles we agree at the start of the process and clarifies confidentiality, ethics and ways of working.
- Completion of a Leadership Feedback Report, a summary of feedback from key stakeholders. I am often told that people have never had such direct, honest and helpful feedback in their careers.
- Completion of the Enneagram Personality Profile, report and debrief.
- I coach face-to-face, phone and virtually for between 60 to 90 minutes
- At the end of the engagement, there is a three-way stakeholder review.
