Coaching Expertise

I have extensively trained as a coach to learn my craft and continue to do so.

Obsessive about my continued learning to maintain my edge, committed to a minimum of 10 days professional training every year.

Corporate Experience

Prior to coaching, I worked for 17 years at a senior level in marketing and sales, in the UK and globally as Creative Director for Nokia. Previously I worked for Mars Confectionery, News International and as a consultant for L’Oréal, all of which have extremely different cultures and structures. This first hand senior experience allows me to deeply understand client’s organisational context.

Books

Co-author of the book “What Is My Type?” focused on understanding personality types in the workplace using the Enneagram, a personality growth system. Author and speaker on “The Millennial World” helping both Millennials and Non-Millennials to be able to flex their styles and succeed in the workplace.

Giving Back

For the last 8 years, I have volunteered for two charities – Friendship Works and Smart Works. There is no coincidence in their names what they both do really works.

At Friendship Works I am part of a “big friend, little friend” mentor programme. I met my “little friend” at primary school and she is now as tall as I am, doing her A Levels and wise beyond her years. At Smart Works I coach unemployed women to perform well in confirmed job interviews and with 1 in 2 women getting their job after only one session, it is wonderful to be part of.
